Shipping Policy and Information
1. All items are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.
2. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide safe and adequate means to receive a shipment before an order is placed.
3. The Higher Realm Group and its affiliates are not responsible for items that are misplaced, received by the incorrect recipient, or experience damage or degradation at the time of delivery. This includes items that are damaged as a result of adverse weather conditions that exist at the time of delivery.
4. The Higher Realm Group and its affiliates will be responsible for all items that are lost or damaged while in the possession of the common carriers, with the exception of ordered items in which the customer includes incorrect shipping information while placing an order.
5. All items are packed securely and carefully for safe arrival.
6. Most online orders take up to 6 business days for processing before they are shipped by your selected shipping method..
7. USPS Priority Mail currently takes between 2 and 5 business days for delivery (not including weekends and holidays). Please allow between 8 and 14 business days for the arrival of your item(s).
8. If a quicker shipping method is selected during online check-out, the arrival time will be adjusted accordingly.
9. Some minor delays may be experienced due to increased safety measures as implemented by the Post Office in conjunction with the US Department of Homeland Security.
10. The Higher Realm Group and its affiliates collect only the actual shipping amount. There is never a box or handling charge.
