Suggestions for Quickly Refreshing the Energy in a Space

The Space Clearing process is unsurpassable as a technique for dynamically altering the energy in a space. It can also serve as a profoundly healing and emotionally cathartic exercise. It is, however, an act of devotion that requires planning and time.

The following tips are offered as a practical means for maintaining an atmosphere of clarity and vitality once the full space clearing procedure has been carried out. They are also a way to begin to raise the level of energy in your space immediately, until you are able to make the commitment to perform the full procedure.

1.) All spaces benefit from a thorough cleaning, ie. dusting, vacuuming, removing cobwebs from corners and ceilings, and eliminating or reducing clutter as much as possible.

2.) Keep your space in good condition. Repair cracks, peeling or discolored paint and anything else that is in a state of disrepair immediately.

3.) Never keep broken items in your space. If you plan to repair them, store them neatly and take action as soon as possible.

4.) Allow sunlight into your space on a daily basis.

5.) If possible, open windows and/or doors to allow fresh air to circulate through the space on a regular basis, preferably daily, for at least an hour.

6.) Place one or more open dishes of rock or sea salt in the space and refresh daily.

7.) Place hanging crystal balls in stagnant corners and in windows.

8.) Regularly burn high quality, natural Tibetan incense, as described in the section of this document entitled Cleansing.

9.) Place a fountain in the northern sector of your space. Not for bedrooms.

10.) Keep a spray bottle with fresh water and a few drops of lavender or other aromatic oil nearby. Spray a very fine mist into the air.

11.) Bring a few fresh plants into your space. Be sure to water and keep them healthy.

12.) Use full spectrum light bulbs instead of incandescent or florescent bulbs. These bulbs emit the same type of light as sunlight, are much healthier, and greatly reduce that burned out feeling.

13.) You can quickly enhance the energy in a space by doing an abbreviated clapping procedure. If you want to refresh the energy in your office before a meeting, clap out the room where the conference will be held. If you are preparing a dinner party, clap out all the areas where your quests will spend their time. Follow the directions in the Releasing section of this document.

14.) As an alternative to clapping, or even better, as an enhancement to clapping, use a bell or bells to raise the frequency in your space. Follow the instructions in the section of this document entitled Rebalancing, focusing on the areas that you want to refresh.

15.) Play music that you love in your space. Music is powerful medicine.

These simple tips can easily become part of your daily routine. They will go a long way in improving and maintaining a high level of positive energy in your space and in your life.
